Welcome to Kayenta Peaks. This home is in the idyllic heart of Mountain Village Core, with views of the Misty Maiden run. Ski out right from the back door, then ski in after a long day to slip into the hot tub on the deck to wind down. Pop over to Tomboy Tavern for cocktails and American fare, or meander through the Core to explore shopping and ample restaurant options. Back home, relax in the main lofted living area nestled by the stoic wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the San Joaquin Mountain Range. With four bedrooms all with ensuites, this condo is great for family vacations or friend getaways, with a multi-level layout perfect for privacy and comfort. The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.
